Morgan Brown, 31, from Winooski, left the lane of travel to pass a tractor-trailer and slammed into a vehicle in the other lane head-on.

No one was injured, and the area that was temporarily closed has reopened.

Brown was issued a citation for gross negligent operation and is set to appear in court in February.
