Two people were killed and the other two were seriously injured after a car crash that took place on early Saturday morning in Windsor‘s west end.
The crash took place when a black Honda was traveling westbound around 2 a.m. on Wyandotte Street West at a high rate of speed. It then went off the road and struck into a concrete utility pole near the intersection with Partington Avenue.
Two of the occupants were dead while the other two were seriously injured.
Identities of the victims haven’t been released pending notification to their families.
Officials closed Wyandotte in both directions between Bridge Avenue and Randolph Avenue for several hours. They were reopened later.
