This year’s Frankfurt Auto Show is the host for many breathtaking cars and one of them is the most extreme Gallardo ever built, the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale.
The name might sounds familiar… as expected, Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale uses the Super Trofeo designation, but the addition of the “stradale” moniker means that this beauty is allowed to set wheel on public roads.
This new car comes with a number of enhancements made especially in terms of aerodynamics and weight reduction.
The vehicles can spint from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds, with the top speed sitting at 198 mph (320 km/h). Pretty impressive, isn’t it? Well, this became possible due to considerable loss of weight (tipping the scales at 2,954 pounds / 1340 kilograms) combined with the 570 HP (419 kW) at 8,000 rpm and 540 Nm at 6,500 rpm from a V10 engine and its four-wheel-drive.
The Italian supercar maker decided to apply on this special car a special colour – Rosso Mars, with two additional finished also available (Grigio Telesto and Bianco Monocerus).
The interior is kept simple, with the cockpit dominated by carbon fibre and Rosso Mars Alcantara. In addition to that comes the Black Alcatara, contrasting red stitching used on the rest of the surfaces.
Lamborghini added that the Gallardo Super Trofeo Stradale comes with high performance brakes featuring 8-piston aluminium calipers and ventilated disc size 365 mm/356 mm front and rear. Optionally, the vehicle can be equipped with carbon ceramic discs size 380 mm at the front and 356 mm at the rear. For our previous post and the first official photos, click here.
