BMW 9-Series GT rendered

by SpeedLux

It would be a difficult thing if someone is asked to imagine and render a range topping BMW Gran Turismo but Marius Bucan Designs has made an effort to do this with a series on renderings that depict a 9-series GT.

Though the fact remains that the model isn’t likely to see the light of day in the real world, but still it doesn’t stop anyone from creating a rendering of what it would be like if it was to be made in the real life. One thing is for sure that if this rendering is what could have gone live, it would have given a pretty tough competition to models such as the Aston Martin One77.

Under the hood, the artist has fitted a 6-liter V12 unit with ponies passed directly to the 21 inch wheels. In reality though we would see a far smaller engine and it is most likely going to be coupled with a electric motor to provide an energy efficient yet powerful powertrain.

Talking about the exterior looks, there are actually little too many design lines to be passed off as a production model, but nevertheless it can always be passed as a concept in future.
