The German tuning company Hamman is known for… tuning, of course, but considering the past projects they had, they usually use a program that changes four areas: aerodynamics, suspension, exhaust system and accessories. The combination between this program of Hamman’s and the BMW model has been revealed at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show, along with BMW 6 Series Cabriolet.
The original BMW has been updated in the aerodynamics department with bumper moldings with led-daytime running lights, side skirts, rear spoiler and roof spoiler.
The X6 Tycoon EVO M produces 670 hp, 700 pound-feet of torque and has a top speed limit of 186 mph (300 km/h), which makes it one of the fastest tuned up X6 M on the market, being able to sprint from 0-62 mph in just 4.2 seconds. Some of the modifications include upgraded turbochargers, a high-flow titanium exhaust system and a remapped ECU.
The cosmetic design of the project includes a widebody kit comprised mostly of carbon fiber parts with an imposing front-end where the tuner also added four striking LED daytime running lights. The enlarged air inlets in the front and the carbon bonnet allow an optimized air ventilation of the engine compartment, which is a quite interesting way to combine good looks and utility. Some more updates like that are wide low-profile tires, a 40 mm lowering kit, upgraded brakes and reworked suspension, details which ensure great performances of the X6 Tycoon EVO M.
