Nissan will extend its suspension of an assembly plant in Saint Petersberg, Russia, for another three months until late December.

The plant, which was idled in March after Western sanctions imposed on Russia due to the intensification of the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine on February 2022.

The plant was originally set to resume in September.
