Four killed after car and train crashed in South Carolina

Four people were killed on Saturday night after a train and car crashed in a South Carolina city, authorities said.

The crash took place in downtown Florence at about 8:40 p.m.

One person survived the crash.

Those who died in the crash have been identified as Mitchell Carter II, 34, of Florence; Jeneka Carter, 40; Antoine Hines, 46, of Florence; and Ruby Taylor, 27, of Hartsville.

Florence Police Department investigated the crash.
