According to a recent report, it is said that Audi will introduce a new RS3 in the spring of 2014, and it is also expected that the new variant will be housing many features.
The new generation Audi RS3 will be based on the 2013 Audi A3, which apparently was showcased at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, and it is believed that, the new variant may ride on the MQB modular platform developed by Volkswagen. The reports also claim that the new Audi RS3 may get 2.5 liter turbocharged engine under its hood with the five cylinders and 340 HP (250 kW) and 450 Nm of torque (332 lb-ft), but it remains unclear for the moment whether the unit will get some extra power. One thing is for sure though, thanks to the use of the MQB platform, the new RS3 will be lighter than its predecessor and this will help improve both the acceleration and the handling. The new Audi RS3 will also get an aggressive body kit, the Quattro all-wheel drive and high performance braking system.
More details will be provided near the launch, stay tuned for more information.
