Toyota GT 86 Ready to launch in China

Toyota has decided to launch its Toyota GT 86 sports coupe in China in the current year. The car has already been launched in many parts of the world in previous year and it is the smallest 2+2 coupe that one can enter sideways in.

The Toyota GT 86 sports coupe will feature a 2.0 liter boxer engine which is capable of generating 200 hp with manual transmission. The car has been designed in partnership with Subaru and is built by Fuji Heavy Industries on the similar lines as the BRZ.

The sports coupe will be available in China for a decent price at CNY 269,000 which is approximately $43,250 even after including huge import duties and taxes.

The car will surely change the perception of many car lovers in China and the company may get a good success considering the price point at which they are planning to sell the car in China.
