A prototype of the next-gen Mercedes-Benz C-Class has been spied with white camo in south Germany.
From these spied images, it appears that the 2014 C-Class has been downsized a little as many of the styling cues are taken from its larger sibling. The designing of the latest model is certainly not among the best considering the fact that company has reputation of delivering some great models. The new S-Class model will comes with features such as LED headlights, prominent front grille and a sculpted bonnet.
Talking about the interiors, the cabin now features more premium materials, circular air vents, additional wood trim, bigger COMAND display and a revamped instrument cluster sporting a digital central info display flanked by two analog gauges.
The company has not revealed about the engine lineup as of now, but we can expect a 4-cylinder 2.2-liter CDI to be most likely offered with outputs of 170 HP (125 kW), 204 HP (150 kW) and 231 HP (170 kW). In fact a larger V6 3.0-liter engine rated at 333 HP (245 kW) is also possible, whereas there could also be a Renault-sourced 1.6-liter dCi generating an output of approx 130 HP (96 kW).
