Behold the Rezvani Beast!

by David Bond

An automaker from California, Rezvani Motors, has taken the liberty of teasing its upcoming vehicle creation. Designated as a 2016 model year vehicle, this car will be coming with the Beast moniker.

If you remember correctly, the aforementioned automaker had actually previewed the vehicle since a year ago. The car utilizes the platform of the Ariel Atom and its design comes from Samir Sadikhov. For your information, the latter is also in charge of the design of the Ferrari Xerzi and the Aston Martin DBC concept cars.

Speaking of the 2016 Rezvani Beast, customers will be able to choose from two engine options. First off, they can go for a 2.0L turbo engine. Alternatively, for those who demand a higher power, they can go for a supercharged 2.4L engine.

For the variant with the 2.0L turbo engine, it will come with the ‘Beast 300’ moniker and will have a total power output of 300 bhp. This is enough to take the car going from 0 to 100 km/h within only 2.9 seconds. Yet, as for the variant with the 2.4L engine, it will be bringing the ‘Beast 500’ moniker. Its power is rated at 500 bhp and the car will need only 2.7 seconds to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h.

According to reports, this new vehicle from Rezvani Motors will have its power sent to the rear wheels by means of a 6-speed manual transmission. In addition, the car will also feature a limited slip differential system. Also, no matter which variant customers choose to buy in the end, they will be eligible for 19-inch alloy wheels.

The 2016 Rezvani Beast is expected to makes its world debut come May 2015. For owners of the Ariel Atom, this new vehicle from Rezvani Motors will be available as an upgrade as well.
