At least 17 people were killed when a transport bus carrying them overturned in Ethiopia’s central Oromia regional state, local officials said on Saturday.
The crash took place when a transport bus carrying people skidded off the road and overturned, resulting in the deaths of 17 people and injuring several others.
The figure was provided by the Adaba district police department in West-Arsi zone of Oromia regional state.
Police are investigating the causes that contributed to the crash.
