by SpeedLux

In the latest news the first pictures of the 2013 Toyota RAV have leaked onto the web, much ahead of its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show, this week.

The new model apparently looks more refined and well maintained that its predecessor, the redesigned model comes with a sporty front fascia, with an angular grille, distinctive headlights and a plastic lower insert, also there’s an sloping roofline, a tailgate-mounted spoiler and wraparound taillights. Inside the car, its very clear from the pictures that the dashboard has been redesigned, which now incorporates an infotainment system, secondary controls and a wave-shaped protrusion, also found is the three-spoke steering wheel, metallic trim and circular air vents. If the sources are to be believed then, engine options may be a big question mark, but choice may include a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 178 bhp (133 kW) and a 3.5-liter V6 with 268 bhp (200 kW) units, which will be mated to a a new six-speed automatic transmission which can be paired to an optional all-wheel drive system.

Don’t forget to take a look at the leaked images, and stay tuned.
