Lincoln has officially unveiled the 2015 MKC at the recently concluded Los Angeles Auto Show.

The model has a stylish exterior that closely resembles the MKC concept and so the crossover has a bold front fascia with a “split-wing” grille that is flanked by HID headlights. Moving at the rear, we can see features such as a sloping roofline, a tailgate-mounted spoiler and full-width LED taillights. The model also comes equipped with metallic accents and 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels.

Talking about the interiors, the cabin is nicely equipped with leather upholstery, wood trim and a MyLincoln Touch infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen display. There is an option to order a panoramic Vista Roof, premium audio system and Bridge of Weir leather upholstery.

There are two engines that include entry-level 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder generating 240 hp (179 kW) and 270 lb-ft (365 Nm) of torque, while the new 2.3-liter EcoBoost generates approximately 275 hp (205 kW) and 300 lb-ft (406 Nm). Both engines are connected to an automatic transmission that sends power to the front wheels. An all-wheel drive system can also be installed optionally and includes a Continuously Controlled Damping system with three modes – sport, comfort and normal.
