2 dead and 5 injured after vehicle crash in Sarasota, Florida
Two people died and the other five were injured following a three-vehicle crash near SRQ Airport, in Sarasota, according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) troopers.
The crash took place near Seagate Drive around 7:30 p.m.
According to officials, apparently, one vehicle pulled out of a parking lot in the 8400 block of U.S. 41, turning right onto the roadway. Once that vehicle went to turn, it was struck by the two other cars.
Officials say the car that pulled out of that parking lot had the deaths.
