As some of you might know, the 2010 Formula Drift champion Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Bosch are teaming up to build a one-off custom Iridium Edition RTR Mustang that will eventually be given away to one lucky winner.
Considering that Gittin has always run Bosch products in his Formula Drift Mustang, it’s easy for him to help promote the company’s new Iridium spark plug.
While Bosch has yet to show what the custom Mustang will look like, the 2010 Formula Drift champion Vaughn Gittin Jr. does hint that the “Iridium Edition” will be an all-black RTR with blue wheels and special badging. Below you can watch the first video released by the company.
In addition to tha video above, Bosch has now released a second video about the creation of the Mustang, with Gittin heading out to Classic Design Concepts in Novi, MI to begin work on the car.
This custom Iridium Edition RTR Mustang makes an appearance for the first time – a black-on-boack Premium GT with the Brembo package – and the 2010 Formula Drift champion reveals that it will be getting some pretty cool features including several carbon fiber body components and custom HRE P40S wheels.
Below you can watch the latest video about the Bosch Iridium Edition Mustang RTR. If you think that today it’s your luck day, then you can head over to their Facebook page for a chance to win the car.
