The 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show is officially open! As some of you might know the British car maker announced its 2012 Bentley Continental GTC for a world debut at this great event and it kept its word. After many tests and spy shots, the 2012 Bentley GTC was finally unveiled and we can show you the first live photos from Frankfurt.
As a reminder, the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC takes its power from a 6.0-litre W12 engine with FlexFuel capability which can now develop 575 HP (423 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. With this massive power, the four-seater luxury convertible sprints from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds (0 to 100 Km/h in 4.8 seconds) / 0 to 100 mph in 10.9 seconds (0 to 160 Km/h in 10.9 seconds) and can reach a top speed of 195 mph (314 Km/h).
The interior is now more spacious and luxurious, featuring soft-touch leather hides, a range of wood veneers, cool-touch metals and deep-pile carpets. There are 17 standard soft-touch leather hide colours with six colour split combinations, complemented by a range of seven veneers. In addition, there is more additional rear legroom, new storage solutions and features such as touch-screen infotainment, automatic seat-belt presenters and a Bentley-designed Neck Warmer. Beside this, the new model is offered with acoustic glass and under-body panels, for the best noise isolation.
As for the pricing, for the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC is around 150,000 GBP in UK, $210,000 in America and about 170,000 EUR in Europe. For more official specs, video and photos, click here.
