The Infiniti M35 Hybrid is powered by a single electric-motor/twin-clutch arrangement, mated to a naturally aspirated 3.5L V6. Together the system makes 360-hp.
Infiniti says that in order to have a more responisble drive, it is better that first-clutch to be installed between the V6 engine and the electric motor, and also that the M35 Hybrid, which will carry a lithium-ion battery pack, has the ability to run solely on electric-power under certain driving conditions.

The car reaches 0 to 62 mph comes in 5.5 seconds with an EPA-rated fuel-economy of 27/32 mpg (city/highway).
In order for all these information to be tested, Infiniti organised a race between the hybrid M35h and the M37 S Premium, and guess who was the winner? They both runned through 13 miles and 73 bends, part of the most difficult racetrack in the world, having as drivers Sebastian Vettel, in the M35h, and his collegue Mark Webber in the M37 S Premium.

This race was made in the celebration of the the launch of European sales for the model.
