The latest pictures of a brand new variant of the Maserati GranCabrio-the Italian Beast! have hit the web ahead of the car’s global premiere at next week’s 2012 Paris Motor Show. The new model seen in the picture is the GranCabrio MC Stradale that is modeled after the GranTurismo MC Stradale and which joins the existing base and Sport variants of Maserati’s stylish four-seater convertible.
The MC Staradale version of Maserati GranCabrio breaks cover ahead of its official debut at Paris Motor Show, adding yet another version to the Italian GT’s lineup.
It is inspired by the Trofeo GranTurismo MC and GT4 Motorsports models, it will be more aerodynamically advanced than the standard GranCabrio, with exterior and interior refinements as well as technical upgrades for the suspension, brakes and powertrain.
Among the pictures, if you notice you get to see, that it gets bumpers featuring large air intake at front and a cool diffuser with two central tailpipes at the back, there is also a big side vent, a tail spoiler and blacked-out headlights. Also it is expected that Maserati GranCabrio MC Stradale convertible will get a stronger version of Maserati’s 4.7-litre V8 engine delivering 453Hp (460PS / 338kW) and 520Nm (383 lb-ft), or 10hp and 20Nm more than the GranCabrio.
