Chevrolet is showcasing at the 2013 Detroit auto show the Sail Sedan for the first time.

Apart from showcasing the Corvette C7 Stingray, Chevrolet is also displaying the low-budget Sail sedan.
Keeping the emerging markets in mind, the car will be sold with either a 1.2-liter S-TEC II engine or a 1.4-liter S-TEC III engine.

The parent company says the interior cabin has a Corvette-inspired look with a dual-cockpit layout and a so-called “horizon view” dashboard. In addition, one can get “excellent leg room, generous boot space and cleverly designed extras like a rear seat armrest.”

The 2013 Chevrolet Sail Sedan will be sold in upcoming markets in the coming months.

Nothing has been revealed yet regarding the car performance, features and specifications, but since the auto show has started more details are likely to be spilled out in public where one can have a first hand experience of the car.

Till then stay tuned and browse the pictures for a while.
