BMW 116i Fashionista introduced in Japan

BMW has disclosed a special edition of the 116i called Fashionista particularly for the Japanese market.

BMW has plans in place to attract Japanese buyers with the 116i Fashionista which will be available as a five-door hatchback with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine emitting 136 HP (100 kW) attached to an eight-speed automatic gearbox. It will be restricted to 370 units initially and each car will carry a price tag of 3,460,000 yen .

It will be available with a range of three different exterior paints: White III Arupin, Crimson Red and Deep Sea Blue, the 17-inch alloys will be in 205/50 R17 rubbers. The window side panels are in color black, while the exhaust pipe and kidney grille are chromed.

On the inside part one can find Dakota Oyster leather-covered seats, back view camera with Park Distance Control, and glossy off-white finish for the trims on the lower center of the console, dashboard, door arms. The handbrake and the doors also carry the same leather.
