Nissan has displayed in Geneva the Euro-spec 2013 Note. The B-segment five-door hatchback takes a leaf from the Invitation concept that was showcased at the previous edition in 2012.
It will be put on block later this year and will carry a 1.2-liter gasoline engine for the entry-level model. The mill offers 80 HP (59 kW) and 81 lb-ft (110 Nm) of torque and helps the hatchback give back 60 mpg UK and 109 g/km of CO2 emissions.
It also comes fitted with a 1.2-liter DIG-S power unit producing 98 HP and 142 Nm of torque. This version is rated at 65.7 mpg UK with CO2 emissions of 99 g/km.
The European version of the Nissan Note can be put together with a 1.5-liter turbodiesel engine pumping out 90 HP (66 kW) and 162 lb-ft (219 Nm) of torque. In this version it gives back 78.4 mpg UK.
