The 2015 Jaguar XJ facelift has been caught on camera yet again and this time while undergoing testing on wet roads.
These latest spy images provide us a better view of what can be expected from the facelfited XJ flagship which will come out towards the end of the coming year as a 2015MY. It will feature a significantly redesigned front bumper compared to the recently introduced 2014 XJ while at the rear the changes will be limited to the taillights graphics and bumper.
Yet to be confirmed but there are chances that Jaguar may decide to use the same engines as they do in the current model, including the 5.0-liter V8 supercharged engine in the XJR that generates 550 HP (405 kW) and 502 lb-ft (680 Nm) of torque. This engine is further connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission which allows the high-performance model to achieve the 0-60 mph (0-96 kmph) sprint in 4.4 seconds before hitting an electronically-limited speed of 174 mph (280 kmph).
We have to say that testing on the wet roads is never easy and so the images that we see look quite impressive and we are sure that it will impress the car fans as well.
