It seems like one of the best automakers from Japan, Honda, is determined to keep fans of its vehicles curious about what is in the pipeline from time to time. While the company recently introduced the 2016 Honda Pilot at this year’s Chicago Auto Show event, it has now released a teaser image of another vehicle model as well. The teaser image allegedly depicts the Ridgeline for the 2017 model year.
So far, however, the Japanese company is not really willing to reveal too much about the pick-up truck in question. Nonetheless, taking a close look at the teaser image that officially comes from Honda, it is actually quite obvious that the vehicle is going to sport a rather traditional look for such a pick-up truck. The image depicts that the car is going to sport a set of muscular fender flares, a rear spoiler integrated to the tip of its trunk, a new tailgate and body cladding made of the plastic material.
In addition to that, the Japanese company also claims that its upcoming all-new pick-up truck model will offer customers with the award-winning utility, comfort and performance that can be found on the original model. There is also a new styling which will clearly show anyone that even though the car teased here is a pick-up truck, it still manages to bear the unique flair of the Honda brand.
Well, unfortunately, to tell the truth, that is not too much information to count on. However, more details will supposedly be showing up on the web before too long. After all, the 2017 Honda Ridgeline is reportedly scheduled for an official unveiling the oncoming 2016. It is also believed that the car will borrow plenty of its styling cues from the 2016 model year Honda Pilot, currently exhibited at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show event.
