A tricked-out car was stolen Sunday early morning from a Detroit custom-made auto store featured in a new reality program.
Adam Genei owns Mobsteel, which focuses on turning rusted out automobiles and trucks into high-end street-racing masterpieces. The store is featured on the new History Channel show “Detroit Steel,” which premiered during Saturday night.
Genei states after the show aired Saturday night, someone stole a 1974 Roadrunner from the store on the West Edsel Ford Freeway Service Drive. The theft occurred a long time in between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Sunday.
The vehicle is painted matte black, with an intense yellow stripe down the side. It contains black wheels and dark tinted windows.
If you have observed the car, or know where it could be, call the Detroit Cops.
