woman says her car stolen after letting homeless person charge phone, pasadena, texas

A single, working mother states her car was stolen from Pasadena parking area and she is desperate to obtain it back.

The theft took place on Thursday in the 2000 block of Burke Road.

Brittany Blevins thinks she understands who took the vehicle; she let a homeless guy who hangs out near her apartment building come in to charge his phone and when he left the car key, which was hanging up on the wall close to the front door, was also gone.

After sometime, Blevins recognized her vehicle was missing.

“I sort of felt bad for him,” Blevins said. “We let him come here and charge his device.”

Not only does Blevins desire her car back, but whatever that was inside.

Her 5-year-old child Jordan plays baseball and all his equipment was taken along with the automobile.

The vehicle is a 2004 metal blue BMW, license plate number HBK0882.

Blevins is asking anybody who sees it to call the cops.

“I actually do not have the money to purchase another one,” she informed. “I really don’t.”
