BMW launches Genius program in the UK

by SpeedLux

There are no prizes for guessing that Apple is one of the most prized and well known brands in the world and every company would like to have them as a part of their process for anything and everything from design to consumer relations. Therefore, BMW has decided to institute it’s own Geniuses at U.K. dealerships.

After the company received positive feedback from an initial test run, BMW Geniuses will now become a key part of the buying process in the United Kingdom. The company says that the Geniuses will be steeped in the increasingly sophisticated technologies and personalization options available from BMW to help guide customers through every step of the ordering, buying, test drive and handover process, and will be on call to for any after sales services and updates.

The BMW Geniuses will be better equipped to demonstrate and explain features like xDrive, ConnectedDrive and EfficientDynamnics. They will ensure that every client gets individual and personal attention and focus on giving answers instead of trying to make a sale.

In another nod to Apple, the Geniuses will be identified by unique polo shirts and would have access to iPads as well as a 47-inch television that would be used to display customer configured cars.
