Land Rover Freelander 2 gets limited Black & White edition.

Recently Land Rover announced the launch of a new limited edition 2013 Freelander 2 model in the UK, called Black & White. As the name clearly suggests, this edition comes in two colors of Santorini Black metallic or solid Fuji White. And the car have been priced from £22,495. Production will be limited to only 600 units which will be based on the entry-level S variant.

Under the hood, it features a 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine producing 148 hp (110 kW) and it comes with both two- wheel-drive eD4 and four-wheel drive TD4 configurations, the eD4 comes with six-speed manual transmission, while the TD4 unit can be specified additionally with a six-speed automatic gearbox.

The models come with a lot of features such as, the special edition benefits from gloss black front grille, side vents and door handles, split-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, signature LED running lights, Bluetooth, privacy glass, and rear load cover, as well as Ebony black cloth upholstery. Based on the ‘S’ trim level, the car’s standard kit includes push button start, electric windows front and rear, air conditioning, 60:40 folding rear seats, front rear auxiliary power sockets, eight-speaker audio system with DAB digital radio, heated electrically adjustable door mirrors and a full complement of seven airbags.

The prices for the B&W starts from £22,495 for the eD4, £23,495 for the manual TD4 and £24,995 for the automatic TD4.
