Limited production for Pininfarina Sergio Concept

Italian well known designer Pininfarina recently announced that its newly launched Pininfarina Sergio Concept could enter into the production phase but in very limited numbers. The concept was launched I the recently concluded Geneva Motor Show 2013.

Infact the CEO of the company, Silvio Angori, stated in one of the interviews that the car may be produced in very limited quantities which can be just five or six.

Pininfarina Sergio is created on the same platform as Ferrari 458 Italia and was created to give tribute to the founder of the company Sergio Pininfarina who died last year at 85 years old. The styling and the body of the car impressed all when it was launched in Geneva.

The company has full plans to get the car into production phase and for which they are ready to modify the car so that it becomes road legal model as per the Pininfarina chief designer Fabio Filippini.
