Minnesota: Labrador Retriever takes semi-truck on joyride

by SpeedLux

During afternoon of March 4, Marie Brace of Mankato stopped at the regional Kwik Trip where she discovered to a scene directly out of an early-80s Glen Larson tv program. A red semi-truck getting a gravel trailer had actually jumped a curb, destroyed a tree, and smashed up a Ford Taurus at the gas pumps prior to coming to rest. Behind the wheel, having his head out of the open motorist’s side window, had a Labrador Retriever.

Mankato Authorities informed Fox 9 that the truck motorist left his eighteen-wheeler idling throughout the street from the Kwik Trip while he entered into a close-by shop. Obviously the canine knocked the truck into gear, and it sneaked gradually from the lot, throughout the street, and into the Kwik Trip with the pet at the wheel.

Nobody was injured throughout the Laboratory’s remarkably devastating and brief joyride, and no citations were provided at the scene. Mankato Cops state that an examination is continuous, which the truck has been pulled form service pending an extensive mechanical evaluation.
