Skoda Rapid Sport concept in new official photos

by SpeedLux

Skoda has recently released an additional set of pictures with the Rapid Sport concept which was revealed earlier this month at 2013 Wörthersee.

The concept comes with an appealing two-tone paint job and with a 19-inch alloy wheels which have a red finish. The company has also fitted the Rapid Sport with an aggressive body kit and a dual exhaust setup at the rear and there is also the recessed hood which suits the concept very well and blends nicely with the rest of the exterior.

However no images were released of the interiors, but the Czech marque said that the sporty layout would continue to be a part of the interiors of the car, which include a sport-type steering wheel, Recaro seats and illuminated door sills.

With the larger Octavia vRS confirmed for a July debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed, Skoda could already be in process of planning a similar variant of the Rapid as can be previewed by this concept.
