Finally the live glimpses of the Subaru Impreza Design Concept are out, published at the LA Show Floor. This comes as a surprise after the preview sketch was launched. The new talking point in the market is “Confidence In Motion”, the concept that Subaru has developed, which is being hailed as compact and well compiled. Subaru has finally hit the Bull’s Eye with the perfect design after missing out a few times. We hope that the real product and the design produced would be as close as possible to each other.
According to Subaru, the Impreza runs on a 2.0-liter boxer engine and has innovated with the Lineartronic gear mechanism, driving the car by Symmetrical All Wheel Drive system technology.
The front face of the car gives a perfect impression of a brand new model whereas the rear face too has been well designed with innovative ideas. The coupe is also using the latest technology of cameras replacing mirrors on the A-pillar. Though many doubt the fact how much Subaru will be capable of converting this into reality.
The interiors of the car are as cool as the exteriors. The dash board, the gauge pod, the seats are all well designed and look ready for production. A full touch panel display in the front is still a concept though. The steering wheel is also flaunted by a touch screen display and is synonymous to that of the i-Phone.
The Eye-Sight camera system displays various information in the gauge cluster, which promises a safer car. If all that Subaru is offering gets implemented, then we are bound to have ‘The Car of the Future’, a car with tech savvy features coupled with the best performance.
All we wait for is the launch of the car and the pricing once it hits the streets all over.
