Two killed after vehicle crash involving cement truck on I-287, Harrison

Two people were killed in a crash involving multiple vehicles on Thursday in Harrison, New York.

Around 8:30 a.m., four cars and a dump truck carrying cement were involved in a crash on I-287 between exits 10 and 11 on the eastbound side.

Two people in two of the vehicles died, according to the officials.

The driver of the dump truck and an occupant in a private car were injured and are recovering from injuries.

It is yet to be known that what caused the crash.

All eastbound lanes on I-287 between exits 10 and 11 were reopened after they were closed due to investigation.
