One person was killed, and three others were injured after a multi-vehicle crash in suburban Western Springs, Illinois on Thursday afternoon.
The crash took place in the area of Ogden and Gilbert Avenues.
About six vehicles were involved in the crash.
One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene upon arrival of police and fire units.
Three others were admitted to area hospitals.
Two of them were listed in serious condition, and one was stable.
