The three-car crash took place at around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 423 and Del Webb Boulevard, near Lewisville Lake, Texas.
The crash involved a Lexus SUV, a Dodge sedan and an Infiniti sedan.
The driver and a passenger in the Lexus were declared dead at the scene.
Identities of the victims are yet to be revealed.
The driver of the Dodge and the driver and a passenger in the Infiniti were admitted to a local hospital.
