2012 Toyota Camry SE Sport limited edition

by SpeedLux

Toyota has announced a special edition Camry SE Sport Limited Edition which will arrive at Toyota dealers by Labor Day weekend(September 3,2012).

The new Toyota Camry Se comes with four Exterior Paint-Pearl White, Barcelona Red, Attitude Black and Blizzard Pearl – combined with a choice of black or black/ash interior.
The 2012 Camry SE comes with some serious suspension upgrades,It should also be mentioned that the limited production version of this car is offered with a Blizzard Pearl paint job for a only a certain period of time, thats because Models painted in Pearl White will only be built only for three months starting on September 12, 2012 and ending on November 12, 2012. The Sport Limited Edition is also available in Barcelona Red and Attitude Black. Those colours which are already in production,do not have a planned cancellation date.

A base Camry SE comes with the 2.5 liter engine that delivers total of 178hp 4-cylinder with a class leading MPG of 25 city, and 35 on higway and 170 lb-ft of torque, and an optional engine would be a 3.5 litre 268hp V6 and 248lb-ft torque, with 21/30 MPG.
The engine will be mated to a Six-Speed automatic Transmission, it also features a leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters.
There is a body kit and 17-inch rims, wrapped in low-profile Bridgestone Turanza tires, but the punch line is the suspension ugrades. The shocks and springs are much more stiffer, and under the hood is a strut-tower. A cross-brace is also added in the trunk which actually prohibits the rear seats from folding down.
Mechanically, they’re identical other than the V6 getting wider 225/45/18 all-season tires on 18-inch wheels – four-bangers get 215/55/17s on 17-inch wheels of the same design and dual chrome exhaust tips instead of one.

To develop the SE Sport Limited Edition, Toyota looked to the options list for the base SE, with that it added,an 8-way power seat, a sunroof, and navigation/audio system that features Entune Audio system. With that it comes with a 6.1-inch touch-screen display that can be used to access songs, vehicle data, phone books and text messages. In V6 models, it also features a navigation feature. The only other upgrade on the car is the 18 inch alloys from the V6 SE Camry.

Critically, Toyota has addressed one major problem, and that’s thier value. The four-cylinder SE starts at $23,000, the V6 at $26,640,both essentially unchanged from before despite the increase in standard equipment.

Customers who are looking forward for an sporty Camry, will be a bit disappointed at some time because, the new camry wont give an feeling of an eletric steering, and Acura wants their TSX and TL models back,as the most of the visuals have been taken from these models for the new Camry, while i spoke of all, that would make you disappointed, let me treat you all with positive aspects, what you’l love about this car is, the revised interior, a detailed touchings given in,a sharp camry look, and of course you’l feel the value for the money you shelled out! So that makes the day, with the all new-2012 Toyota Camry SE Sport limited edition.
