2016 Ford Mustang GT350 caught on video

by SpeedLux

The crazy Mustang fans at Mustang6G have managed to catch the glimpse of the 2016 Shelby GT350 on the video.

In the video, the car can be seen as heavily disguised, but still we can see that it could come with a four-tailpipe exhaust system that makes an intoxicating noise. Previously there have been spy pictures as well that have shown that the model will feature hood-mounted scoop, lightweight wheels and a high-performance braking system.

Not much detail is available as of now about the model, but there are rumors that suggest it will replace the Shelby GT500 and will be called by either the Shelby GT350 or SVT 350 name. There have also been speculations that the model will eschew the supercharged 5.8-liter V8 engine that would produce 662 hp (494 kW) and 631 lb-ft (854 Nm) of torque for a new engine that is derived from the 5.0-liter Coyote V8 mill. There’s no word on how much it will displace but Road & Track has said it will produce substantially more than 450 hp (335 kW).

More details about the 2016 Ford Mustang GT350 should be out as the launch nears and at that we will be able to provide you with correct and more details about the same.
