Three children were hospitalized following a car crash into a preschool in the Saugus neighborhood of Santa Clarita, California, on Monday.

The vehicle crashed into a one-story structure situated at 28041 Seco Canyon Road, where La Petite Academy is located, around 4:40 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

The three children, all under the age of four, were taken to hospital as a precautionary measure only, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department said.

Sky5 aerial video revealed a helicopter airlifting at least one patient, as authorities carried out an investigation.

A white Honda SUV could be observed parked across the damaged part of the building.
