On a highway in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh a high-speed truck overturned uncontrollably which resulted in six deaths.
16 workers were evacuated from the truck, out of which eight have suffered serious injuries. One of which remains critical.
All the laborers are residents of Hamirpur district who were going to Etawah, according to police.
The truck was carrying coal.
The driver is said to have been recklessly driving the vehicle and playing the songs loudly.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
