Reports circulating around the internet say that Infiniti will bring 2 new M-based vehicles when they participate at the 2010 Concours d’Elegance in Pebble Beach this coming August.
No specifics about the two cars have been released by the premium division of Nissan but sources are saying that the new members of their garage will be extensions and variants of their current lineup. This brings some color to the rumored M coupe.
An insider also hinted that one of the new Infiniti models will be performance oriented leading car enthusiasts to speculate of an engine similar to the Essence Concept unveiled in Geneva back in 2009. This engine will be a twin turbo V6 with direct injection that is capable of giving out more than 450 horsepower.
Both of the M-based models will be hitting dealerships by October or maybe November this year. The M35 Hybrid is due before the end of 2011.
