2010 Jaguar XF Supercharged will be priced from $68,000 in North America

2010 Jaguar XF SuperchargedYesterday Jaguar announced an all-new XF supercharged model for the North American market. It is the fourth member in the new XF lineup.

Under the hood is a 5.0-liter supercharged AJ-V8 Gen III engine that produces 470 horsepower. This big luxury performance sedan sprints from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in just 4.9 seconds.

Other highlights are adaptive dynamics, active differential control, upgraded ventilated disc brakes, 330W Bowers & Wilkins surround system, Rich Oak veneer trim, HD radio, heated steering wheel, 20-inch triple-spoke rims, quad polished exhaust pipes, and silver-gray painted brake calipers.

The XF Supercharged will go on sale in October 2009, and will prices will start at $68,000 MSRP.

Jaguar XF lineup now includes four models:

* 4.2-liter naturally aspirated XF (300 hp) with a $52,000 MSRP
* 5.0-liter naturally aspirated XF Premium (385 hp) with a $57,000 MSRP
* 5.0-liter supercharged XF Supercharged (470 hp) with a $68,000 MSRP
* 5.0-liter supercharged XFR (510 hp) with a $80,000 MSRP
