Two killed after single-vehicle crash related to Hurricane Ian

Two people were killed after a deadly crash in East Palatka, Florida.

The crash is related to Hurricane Ian which has caused at least 16 deaths.

Officials were notified of the incident just before 6 p.m. on Thursday

The crash took place on East Cracker Swamp Road.

Two people were killed after their vehicle hydroplaned on standing water and struck into a ditch.

Florida Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
