In January, 2012 a custom 1969 Boss 429-inspired Mustang By Galpin Auto Sports, will be auctiond for charity, but you can see it on display at Barrett-Jackson’s Las Vegas auction from September 22-24, 2011 as well as at the SEMA Show from November 1-4, 2011. Among other unique cars, at Barrett-Jackson’s Las Vegas auction, these days will be auctioned a 2000 Ford Mustang Cobra R #2. However, it seems that now another unique Mustang will be up for grabs at an auction to benefit the Henry Ford Health Systems.
Painted in ‘School Bus Yellow’, this one-of-a-kind Boss 302 Laguna Seca will be signed by legendary race car driver Parnelli Jones, the man who drove the original Boss 302 to victory in its first race at Laguna Seca, so this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a true original.
The Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca takes its power from a smooth, high-winding 444-horsepower, 5.0-liter V8, being the best-handling Mustang ever.
