G-Power-
G-Power is a German car tuning manufacturer based in Autenzell Bavaria. Founded in 1983, the company specializes in tuning BMW cars and manufacturing boutique vehicles. It was integrated into the ASA Group in 2008. G-POWER holds several world records, one of them is, its supercharged 5.0L V-10 800 hp BMW M5 Hurricane RR is the fastest saloon car in production.
Today we are discussing about the BMW 1 Series M Coupe, which has been launched at the Paris Motor Show, now tuners at G-Power, have unveiled a revamped model of BMW 1 Series M coupe, and they acknowledge that it is the fastest one in the world. G-Power is actually celebrating their 30th anniversary next year, and with that they are definately giving us a Big treat- the G1 V8 Hurricane RS, the name that has been given to the BMW 1 Series M Coupe, and this car will be produced in limited numbers, that is this car would be handed over to 30 special customers.
The tuners striked the rock bottom of the coupe, where in the stock was a 3.0-liter turbo, so the tuners interchanged the engine for a 4.0-liter V8 engine the one which powers the M3 E92 Coupe, they also took its complete drivetrain with DCT(Dual-clutch transmission), front and rear wheel axels and stainless steel exhaust. With the addition of the M3 parts, G-Power also gave the BMW 1 Series M coupe an ASA supercharger and aluminum cast air box, which includes among other upgrades.
The tuning done for the power of this BMW, was replaced by the 414-hp output up to 592-hp and 428 lb-ft of torque, with which the Muscle can do a 0-62mph time of 4.4 seconds, and a astonishing 0-124mph time in 12.7 seconds and with that numbers remember this too, this new BMW’s top speed is 205mph!
The German tuners also tuned up the interior and exterior of the Coupe, now you will get to see, on the outside of this BMW, which gets a set of 20-inch alloy wheels that house a set of Ceramic-Carbon disc brakes. Tires which are sized at 255/20 ZR 20 wrap the front set of wheels and 295/25 ZR 20 wrap the rear set. Components placed in the hood and the boot are in Carbonfibre material.
Inside the BMW 1 Series M Coupe, the Copue has got itself a new set of sport seats and a coating of two-tone Alcantara fabric and leather throughout the car interior.
