Carlsson has come up with a complete makeover program for the Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG.
The CK63 RSR will makes its presence felt at the Geneva Motor Show next month and along with it will come the 700 HP (515 kW) engine. The power will be there at 5,700 rpm while the electronically-limited 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) is there between 2,000 and 4,500 rpm. It travels the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 3.9 seconds at a top speed of 211 mph (340 km/h).
Changes made include a custom high-performance stainless steel exhaust with catalytic convertors and an electronically-controlled sound valve for a adjustable soundtrack. The CK63 RSR has essentially made coil-overs and sits 30mm lower than the standard car.
It is fitted with 19 to 20-inch alloys, while the front track is broadened by 25mm. It has the following features which include an retractable carbon fiber front spoiler lip, rear spoiler and black stainless steel mesh inserts in the rear carbon valance insert, intake grilles & braking intakes for cooling.
Let us wait till the concept is launched at Geneva and stay tuned for further updates.
