2015 Ford Mustang to be unveiled in December – report

by SpeedLux

Reuters has reported that Ford will officially reveal the highly anticipated all-new Mustang in December this year.

The Blue Oval company will allegedly provide a sneak preview of the new pony car to automotive journalists starting next week at its Dearborn headquarters. As would be expected, Ford has asked the writers involved not disclosing any details about the sixth generation of the Mustang but we can expect some details to be available on the web soon.

Reuters further mentions that Ford will fully unveil the new Mustang in December, several months ahead of the car’s 50th anniversary. The model is set to be sold globally, and so is expected to get a variety of engines which will include a 4-cylinder, 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine rated at 350 hp (261 kW) and a U.S.-only V8 5.0-liter mill generating an output of 450 hp (335 kW). There are chances that Ford may also plan a V6-powered model and a Shelby GT350 rated at substantially more than 450 hp.

Well we will have to wait for further details to be reveled on the net about this upcoming Mustang model before the same is unveiled officially by the company.
