The 2015 Buick Anthem / Envision has been recently caught on the camera undergoing testing in the mountains of the United States.
Designed to fit between the Encore and Enclave, the Anthem will supposedly be Buick’s version of the next-generation Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain. In the spy images, the prototype was heavily camouflaged but we can make out that the model will have a rounded design that echoes the Encore. The crossover also comes fitted with a waterfall grille and a dual exhaust system.
The engine options are yet to be confirmed but likely options that could form part of this model include a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that would generate an output of 196 hp (145 kW) and a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that would be outputting 259 hp (193 kW) and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) of torque.
The details are limited as of now about the Buick’s mid-size crossover but we can expect the model to be introduced sometime next year, and so we can expect to learn more about the model in the coming months and we would be able to reveal more about this model soon.
