Mazda RX-8 no longer available in Europe

Here I got some really bad news for the Mazda fans from Europe namely that it will not be any longer available in this continent but I have to say that I kind of understand this because I barely saw some Mazda RX-8 in my city so there may be a lot of cities like mine but this is not the main reason that they pulled this car from the European market. The Mazda RX-8’s engine didn’t apply to the latest European emission regulations which is makes this a situation even more sad.

They could make another engine for this car to apply to the new regulations but they thought that there is need to spend too much money so the best solution remained to take it out from the European auto market. Probably in the future they will make something about it, we will see in time what happens.

If you wanted a Mazda RX-8, you can focus on a BMW Z4 or a Porsche Cayman because these are the rivals of the car you wanted to buy. Starting from 2014, the new Mazda RX-8 will have to work with the next Euro VI emission regulations but we have to wait a lot of time until then.
