Audi Sport Quattro and Nanuk concepts could reach production

by SpeedLux

Audi has recently stated that it could create production versions of its Sport Quattro and Nanuk concepts in the near future as a move to widen its brand appeal.

Audi UK director André Konsbruck has informed that the Ingolstadt-based automaker will launch several high-end cars based on recent concepts in order to increase the firm’s appeal and also to enhance the image of a car company that builds very desirable models.

Although the names were not specified, Konsbruck said that both the Sport Quattro and Nanuk concepts are viable for production. In addition, the duo is currently undergoing consumer testing and internal evaluation to see if these are viable for production. He further stated that the company has always done special projects to drive its premium range and that concepts such as the Sport Quattro and Nanuk are able to accomplish this task.

It is certainly great news for the car lovers and fans but we will have to wait till the final testing results are out for both models and the final decision taken by the company to go ahead with production or not.
