Car accident leaves three kids dead in Chaohu, China

Local officials said on Sunday that three children died after a car ran into a lake in east China‘s Anhui Province on Saturday evening.

The emergency management department of Anhui said the accident took place at 5:30 p.m. in Jianshanhu Park in the city of Chaohu.

Rescuers could save the lives of four adults traveling in the vehicle.

Police ordered an investigation into the reason behind the crash.
